1. 'Management' tab window displayed for user to enter further information.
2. Management' tab window has sub-tabs [Owner] and [Power of Attorney] with 'Owners' window default displayed.

5. User has following choices to fill [Owners] and [Power of Attorney] details. Refer (figure 24)
   • Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself as 'Yes' or 'No'
   • User can click 'Choose' button to select the person details from existing list.
6. User has option to enter new person details, autopopulate self or choosen details.
7. Id document is mandatory for any person details to fill and can be either 'Passport' or 'Rwanda NID'
8. On selecting 'Save & next' button, user is navigated to 'Employment Info' tab window.

Owner (tab)	This tab is default selected and 'Owner' sub tab window is visible.
Yes	This is 'Do you want to fill Owner Details' radio button. User selects this if they wish to fill the owner details of the business.
No	This is 'Do you want to fill Owner Details' radio button. User selects this if they do not wish to fill the owner details of the business.
Back (button)	On selecting this user navigates to previous 'Company' tab window
Next (button)	On selecting this user navigates to 'Power of Attorney' sub tab window
Power of Attorney (tab)	On selecting this tab, 'Power of Attorney' sub tab window displays.
	User selects 'Do you want to fill Owner Details' as 'Yes' in 'Owner' window.
Yes	This is 'Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself' radio button. User selects this to mark login user as the owner of the proposed business name.
No	This is 'Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself' button. User selects this if they want to fill the owner details who is other than the login user themselves.
Power of Attorney tab
Power of Attorney tab	User selects this to enter Power of Attorney details.
Do you want to fill Power of Attorney details	Yes' and 'No' radio buttons available with 'No' button default selected.

Next (button)	On selecting this user navigates to 'Employment Info' tab window without selecting any details for Power of Attorney
	User selects 'Do you want to make the xxx same as yourself' as 'Yes' or 'No' in 'Owner' or Power of Attorney window. The following sections are similar to both if user wants to fill person details.
Choose (button)	User selects this button to Choose person details which already filled and saved in BRS system database. (Refer fig 10.1 and table 6.1 for [Choose] functionality)
Personal Identification Document
Document	This is mandatory dropdown field with 'Rwanda NID' and 'Passport' options in list. User selects any of the option from list. This field is autopopulated with data if 'Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself'radio button selected as 'Yes' and if user has selected person details from 'Choose' option
Selected Nationality	This is mandatory dropdown field. Field is populated only when [Document] dropdown is 'Passport' This field is autopopulated with data if 'Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself'radio button selected as 'Yes' and if user has selected person details from 'Choose' option
Document Number	Document Number This is mandatory text field. This field is autopopulated with data if 'Do you want to make the Owner same as yourself'radio button selected as 'Yes' and if user has selected person details from 'Choose' option
Go (button)	User selects this button to autopopulates details from NID database by providing the NID number in [Document Number] field. This button is populated only if [Document] dropdown selected as 'Rwanda NID'

Attach (button)	On selecting this button, file is uploaded and details displayed.

Clear (button)	On selecting this all the details in Personal Identification Document, Personal Details , Address , Attachments sections are cleared with data.
Back (button)	On selecting this button, user navigates to previous tab window.
Save & Next (button)	On selecting this details are saved and user navigates to next tab window.
