1. If the BRS authenticated password credential is lost, click the ['Forgot Password ? ' ]link as shown in Figure 5
2. On selecting the link, [Forgot Password] screen will be displayed.
3. User has option to retrieve their password either by providing their e-mail id or user name.

Text Message Instructions	Instructions for password retrieval displayed as text message 'To retrieve your password, select e mail id or user name. Your login credentials will be send to registered E-mail address'.
Email id	User selects this radio button if they want to retrieve their password by providing their e-mail id. This radio button is default selected.
User Name	User selects this radio button if they want to retrieve their password by providing their user name.
Please enter Email id	User has to enter their e-mail id in this text field. This field is not populated if 'User Name' radio button selected.
Please enter User name	User has to enter their e-mail id in this text field. This field is not populated if 'Email id' radio button selected.
Submit	Click Submit button after providing the required information in Forgot password screen

4. If user enters incorrect data and required information is not entered, then warning message displays that user has provided incorrect data.
5. If user enters correct data and clicks 'Submit' button, Success message displayed and user navigated to the login screen. (Figure 5)

6. On successful submission, user receives new credentials to their registered email id.
